St Augustine Pirate Cruises

We offer the following discounts for groups of 15+ individuals.

Your group will share the ship with other passengers. Departure time is according to our regular sailing schedule.

Adults (ages 12+): $34.95 plus tax
Children (ages 3-12): $24.95 plus tax

In order to take advantage of our group rate, your group needs to consist of at least 15 people and the payment needs to be made in max of two (2) transactions, the deposit, and the full payment. Full payment must be made 24 hours prior to departure. We cannot accept individual payments from the group members.

The pirate ship Black Raven can be chartered for different events, such as birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries, company events and more.

We offer many different and exciting options as for entertainment and special arrangement.

Ship Capacity:
The Black Raven is U. S. Coast Guard approved to hold 127 passengers with a seating capacity of 95. Max seating capacity with roof coverage is 42. For catered events, capacity will be limited to no more than 80 passengers.

QAR Food Delivery:
Add a unique twist to your event by having your food delivered by our “rival” ship, the Queen Anne’s Revenge. The Black Raven and the QAR will engage in an epic sea battle before dinner is served up buffet style on the Raven. Expect loud cannon fire during the sea battle.

Bar:
We have a fully licensed bar which offers water, soda, beer, wine, and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic mixed drinks.

Wedding
Wedding ceremony: $750.00
Includes admission for the bride and groom, decoration and reservation of the forecastle, the wedding ceremony conducted by our state licensed crew member, a toast for the bride and groom after the ceremony, and a souvenir Black Raven wedding certificate.

Black Powder Demonstration and Firing:
Our licensed crew can provide a demonstration and firing of black powder during day light hours. $75.00.

Gratuity:
Twenty percent (20%) gratuity will be added to the total of all special group events and charters.

Sales Tax:
A six percent (6.5%) sales tax will be added to the total of all special group events and charters.

Payment:
A fifty percent (50%) deposit of the estimated total amount is required upon time of reservation. The final balance will be due no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled departure. We accept cash, Visa, Master, Discovery and American Express cards. No personal checks.

Cancellation:
Deposit, minus 25% of contract value,  is refundable up to 14 days prior to reservation time. Non-refundable if client cancels less than 14 days prior to scheduled date of sail. In case of inclement weather or unsuitable sailing conditions, the cruise will be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled according to the discretion of the captain. If your event is cancelled by the Black Raven for any reason, a full refund will be issued minus the cost of food (for catered events).

Tickets:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are subject to 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the customer less than 48 hours in advance. If a trip is cancelled by the Black Raven due to low ticket sales, mechanical issues with the ship, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified by call, text, or email as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule of receive a full refund.

Weather Policy:

In case of inclement or otherwise unsafe sailing conditions, trips may be delayed or cancelled according to the judgement of the Black Raven captain. In case of cancellation, all customers will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Due to the unpredictable nature of Florida weather, cancellation calls will not be made until the time of sailing. All customers are expected to show up for check-in unless an official notice of cancellation has been issued.

Group and Charter:
