Important Information

When To Call:

Our crew is happy to take your call, but our schedule is like the sea, ebbing and flowing! The best time to call is between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Times to avoid: 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm every day, 7:00 to 8:30 pm Friday and Saturday, & 5:00 to 6:30 pm Sunday to Thursday.

Boarding Passes:

All passengers must come inside the Black Raven Ship Store in order to check-in and pick up a numbered boarding pass. You will NOT be allowed on the ship without these passes.

Where to Park:

Many have missed the ship’s departure because they can’t find parking. Do not be one of them! The marina does NOT have a parking lot and parking in St. Augustine is extremely limited and difficult to find during peak tourist season. Plan accordingly and allow yourself at least 45-60 minutes to find a spot.
