Important Information

Before You Call Us:

We are doing our best to serve all of our customers, but, please, if possible, try not to call us during our busiest times of the day – that is when we are checking in people for the ship departures.

The best time to call is between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Avoid: 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm every day & 5:00 to Closing (6:30) Sunday-Thursday

Avoid: 7:00 to Closing (8:30), Fridays and Saturdays

Boarding Passes:

All passengers must come inside the Black Raven Ship Store in order to check-in and pick up a numbered boarding pass. You will NOT be allowed on the ship without these passes.

Parking:

Parking is very difficult in St. Augustine and you need to arrive early. We DO NOT have a parking lot.

Metered Street Parking – $2.50/hr. Free after 5PM and on Sundays; Free Every Day with a Valid Handicap Permit. Metered street parking is available on Avenida Menendez, King St., Cathedral Pl, Charlotte St., the Castillo de San Marcos fort, and behind the Lightner Museum at Cordova St. and Granada St.

Historic Downtown Parking Facility – $15/day. This is a public parking garage located on West Castillo Dr. across from the Ripley’s Believe It or Not museum. It is a 10-15 min walk from the garage to the marina building. Parking may be limited on holiday weekends.

Trinity Parish Church Parking – Price will vary The Trinity Parish Church offers paid parking to visitors. This parking lot is located at 5 Artillery Ln next to the Trinity Episocopal Church and Learning Center and can be accessed by turning at the church at the corner of King St. and St. George St. Only 2 blocks away from the marina.

Free Street Parking: Free street parking is available across the Bridge of Lions. It is a 10-15 minute walk over the bridge to the marine. Be aware that the bridge opens every 30 minutes and takes approx. 10 minutes to go back down.

Limited free parking is also available on Marine St. by the National Guard Headquarters.
